One pizza Crust or use 1 can of crescent roll.
Wash one apple core it, and cut into bite size pieces.
Cheddar cheese, grated. 1 Tsp. brown sugar, 2 tsp.cinnamon and sugar or use more to suit your taste. Form pizza dough into a pizza crust. If using the crescent rolls, lay dough into four pieces side by side, and press the "seams" together. To make a rectangle shape.
Grade the cheddar cheese and cover crust. Next, slice the apple into bite size bits and put on top of cheese. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of apple bits. Then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mix on next. Top with a little more cheddar cheese to cover all the apples. Preheat oven to 350 F., Bake for 15- 17 minutes.
